Mens out but Womens Wildcats into Grand Final

Mens Warriors were rolled by Westside in their elimination semi final last Sunday, ending the Wellington team's season.
Wellington looked the goods early in the game with Dave Grant & Claude Lewsam both unlucky from a couple of good shots on goal, but late in the half, Westside took the lead 2 - 0.
The Warriors came out firing in the 2nd half but just couldn't find the net & with the season in the balance they took the gamble & shifted players forward, but Westside defense were up to the task & held Wello out with the 2 - 0 win going to the Dubbo crew.

Womens Wildcats downed Macquarie United by 2 - 1 in the Womens Div 1 major semi final sending Wildcats straight through to a spot in the grand final in 2 weeks time.
Their opponents will be decided this coming weekend when RSL 78s meet Macquarie United in the elimination final.
Go Wello Wildcats!

An under strength U17 Warriors were easily rolled by the 'top-of-the-table' SDW Hurricaines at Dubbo.
Warriors never looked the goods in this game and played some dis-jointed football which allowed the Dubbo mob a convincing 5 - 1 win.
Golden boot this week was voted by the team & went to the 'never say die' Chris Taylor.
